莆田市征集“妈祖圣地 美丽莆田”旅游标识设计方案

为进一步打造莆田旅游品牌,方便游客通过认识莆田旅游标识产生畅游莆田的欲望,莆田市旅游局决定面向社会公开征集“妈祖圣地 美丽莆田”旅游标识设计方案,现将有关事宜公告如下:

一、征集时间

2017年4月1日-2017年5月31日

二、作品要求

1、标识设计方案包括图形LOGO和中英文“妈祖圣地 美丽莆田”文字。

2、标识设计突出“妈祖圣地 美丽莆田”主题内容和旅游的要素。

3、标识应特征明显、易于识别、简洁明快、色彩协调,具有鲜明的时代特色、强烈的视觉冲击力和直观的整体美感。

三、投稿方法

1、每位投稿人提交的设计方案不超过2种。

2、设计方案应提供彩色图稿及创意说明,提交纸质和电子版各一份。

3、单位、作者介绍及联系方式(姓名、手机号、电子邮箱、通讯地址及身份证号)请在创意说明文件中注明。

4、设计方案电子版本应为JPG格式,图片分辨率在300dpi以上,LOGO图形的长、宽均不小于1200像素,并注明标准比例和标准色。设计图稿及创意说明的文件名格式为:“***(单位+作者姓名)作品”、创意说明文件名请用“***(单位+作者姓名)创意说明”。

5、纸质版投稿地址及收件人:福建省莆田市城厢区荔城中大道2169号1号楼,莆田市旅游局 市场开发科收,信封上请注明“莆田旅游标识征集”。

四、评选及奖项

在征集期结束后,莆田市旅游局将组织有关专家对来稿进行评审,选出1件设计方案作为我市“妈祖圣地 美丽莆田”旅游标识(LOGO)使用,并向获选投稿人颁发奖金 5 万元(个人所得税由获奖者承担)。评选结果将在“莆田市旅游局”网站公布。

五、特别提示

1、参与投稿应征无需缴纳任何费用。

2、应征作品必须为未公开发表的原创作品,不得违反法律法规,不得侵犯他人知识产权,不得含有违反公序良俗内容,否则由投稿单位、投稿人承担一切相关法律责任;莆田市旅游局有权取消其参评资格,追索已发奖金。

3、投稿人同意将投稿作品除人身权之外的其他所有著作权无偿转让给莆田市旅游局,投稿作品一律不退稿。

4、本活动最终解释权归莆田市旅游局。

5、投稿人应征投稿即视为同意上述征集评选办法及提示内容。

“2017环球旅游小姐”中国网络赛区在北京召开了新闻发布会,主办方表示,将通过本届大赛的举办,促进世界旅游产业和文化的互联互通,以大赛为平台,进一步推广中国旅游品牌。
据主办方中融联合(北京)教育科技有限公司介绍,本届大赛将将传统选美大赛与互联网相融合,本着公平、公正、公开的宗旨开展,以全新的赛制展现中华女子之美,流程包括报名、海选、初赛、分赛区决赛、全国总决赛等。大赛将网络直播比赛赛程与地面活动场景相结合,打破传统的地面走秀形式,开辟了崭新的、更深远的国际选美赛事。

2017第58届美国传达艺术年度设计及广告奖

自1959年 起由Communication Arts, California, USA创办以来,每届皆邀请世界各地优秀又有潜力的设计师及创意人一同参赛。传达艺术奖将所有得奖作品都会刊登于十一月份出版的专刊内,以此获得认证且被 选为最好的视觉传达作品,并销售于全世界,能使参赛者的作品名扬国际。此项竞赛也是全球设计界年度重要比赛之一。

提交方式

1.印刷项目 -可以网上提交或者 / 快递发送邮寄。

2.数字影像 -必须是RGB的JPG格式1024像素的最大宽度、分辨率72×768像素的最大高度。

3.音频/视频条目 -所有的视频作品必须在Quicktime或MPG格式的发送,1024(宽)x 768的最大屏幕尺寸。 包括4秒片头黑色。 单个项目必须存储在单独的磁盘上。 系列应该共同在一个磁盘上并且以2秒的黑色每个条目之间进行编辑。 在磁盘外面注明作品名称。

2017 Photography Competition

Enter the most prestigious competition for creativity in photography, the Communication Arts Photography Competition. Any photograph first published or produced from March 2016 through March 2017 is eligible. Selected by a nationally representative jury of distinguished designers, art directors and photographers, the winning entries will be distributed worldwide in the Communication ArtsPhotography Annual, in print and digital editions, and on commarts.com, assuring important exposure to the creators of this outstanding work. As a service to art directors, designers and art buyers, a comprehensive index will carry contact information of the photographers represented.

Each winning entrant will receive a personalized Award of Excellence, milled from solid aluminum, and award certificates issued for firms, individuals and clients.

What to Enter

Any photograph first published or produced from March 2016 through March 2017 is eligible. Entries may originate from any country. Explanation of the function in English is very important to the judges. Submission of entries acknowledges the right of Communication Arts to use them for publication and exhibition.

Photography Competition Categories/Fees

These categories are judged by the Photography jury and will appear in the Photography Annual:

Advertising: $40 single entry/$80 series

Books: $40 single entry/$80 series

Editorial: $40 single entry/$80 series

For Sale: $40 single entry/$80 series

Institutional: $40 single entry/$80 series

Motion/Cinematography: $90 single entry/$180 series

Self-Promotion: $40 single entry/$80 series

Unpublished: $40 single entry/$80 series

Student Work: $20 single print entry/$40 print series/$45 single video entry/$90 video series

Late Fees

Entries must be registered no later than Midnight (Pacific Standard Time), March 10, 2017. Entries registered after that date require a late fee of $10 per entry. No entries can be registered after March 24, 2017.

Each photograph is a single entry. A printed piece with several photographs must have a dot or some other mark indicating which specific single photograph is to be judged. If a single photograph isn’t indicated, the entry will be disqualified.

Campaigns or series are limited to five photographs. If the entry has more than five photographs, indicate which five are to be judged. If this isn’t indicated, the entry will be disqualified.

How to Enter

All competition entries are processed through our online competition system.

Before you begin the process of entering a competition, please have the following information and materials ready. This will make the process go quickly.

Printed copies or digital files of work you want to submit. See below for file specs.

Please submit only one version of each entry (i.e.: do not send printed copies if you already uploaded digital files of the same entry). Entries can be submitted in the following formats:

Print Entries: Must be unmounted and sent to our office by mail/courier. Each photograph is a single entry. A printed piece with several photographs must have a dot or some other mark indicating which specific single photograph is to be judged. If a single photograph isn’t indicated, the entry will be disqualified. Campaigns or series are limited to five photographs. If the entry has more than five photographs, indicate which five are to be judged. If this isn’t indicated, the entry will be disqualified. Do not tape series together. Any project over 18″ x 24″ must be submitted as digital images.

Digital Images: Must be RGB in JPG format with a maximum width of 1024 pixels and a maximum height of 768 pixels at 72 dpi. NO EXCEPTIONS. Digital images will be projected for the judges using an HD projector on a 6′ x 4′ screen.

Motion/Cinematography Entries: Must be in MOV, MP4 or MGPG format, with a maximum file size of 1 GB. Include 4 seconds of black, no slates or bars, at the beginning of each video and 2 seconds at the end.No entries will be returned.NO EXCEPTIONS. CA is not responsible for damage or loss of any entry. All entrants grant Communication Arts the right to reproduce work selected in the Photography Competition on the Communication Arts website and in materials used to promote the magazine, the competition and/or future related promotions.

Preparation of Packages

All pieces sent in physical form must have an entry form taped to the back of the work. Do not send work in poster tubes as they are frequently damaged in transit. Non-United States contestants should mark each package “Materials for Contest Entry. No Commercial Value.” No provision will be made by Communication Arts for U.S. Customs or airport pickup. International entries should be sent by post or international courier. All entries must be received by the final deadline date.

Forms and Entry Fees

Once you have completed the registration process, a PDF with a receipt or invoice and entry forms for physical submissions will be generated. You must print, trim and attach the entry forms to the back of your physical entries. If the entry is a print-based campaign, you will tape an entry form to each piece included in the campaign. Entries on disk require an entry form taped to the outside of each disk case. Multiple digital files may be placed on a single disk. Please tape all applicable entry forms one on top of the other so we can flip through them to verify the contents of the disk. Do not send any entries without entry forms attached.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal through our online competition system. Charges for your entry fees will appear on your statement as (“Commarts”). We also accept checks, international money orders and wire transfers. Make checks payable toCommunication Arts. Non-United States contestants wishing to pay by check must send a check in U.S. funds drafted on a U.S. bank. Please include the check or money order with your entries if you are delivering them via mail/courier. If your payment is being sent under a separate cover, please include a note with your entries indicating that the check or money order is coming under separate cover. If you submit all of your entries online, please send a copy of the invoice you print out at the end of the entry process with the check or money order. Please note on wire transfers: We require an additional fee of $25 (U.S.) to cover fees charged by the banks to process the transfer.

自贡市农产品区域性公共品牌名称公开征集

为加大农业品牌化建设力度,着力打造自贡市农产品区域性公共品牌,现面向社会公开征集自贡市农产品区域性公共品牌名称(文字)作品。

一、征集时间

从2016年11月1日起至2016年11月20日止。

二、征集内容

自贡市农产品区域性公共品牌名称(文字)。

三、征集范围

全国,应征主体不限。

四、征集要求

1.名称(文字)要能反映自贡市区域特点、城市文化、人文历史和农产品特色等一方面或几方面,越丰富多元越好,字数四个字以内。

2.名称(文字)要符合现代审美要求,内涵丰富、简洁流畅、通俗易懂,新颖独特、具有显著性。

3.名称(文字)符合商标注册及商标法律法规要求。

4.应征作品必须为原创作品,明显区别于其它品牌及商标名称,作品附《自贡市农产品区域性公共品牌名称征集表》(详见四川在线http://www.scol.com.cn)、名称设计及内涵文字说明(300字以内)及原创性声明,否则视为无效作品。

六、评选方式

征集单位邀请有关领导和专家按照“公平”、“公正”原则,采取盲评方式进行评审,择优选取优胜作品。

七、奖项及转让费

本次征集评选优胜作品6件,其中一等奖1名,奖金及作品著作权转让费(补偿费)6万元人民币;二等奖2名,每件奖金及作品著作权转让费(补偿费)2万元人民币;三等奖3名,每件奖金及作品著作权转让费(补偿费)1万元人民币。择优选用优胜作品作为自贡市农产品区域性公共品牌名称。评审结果公布后,征集单位与获奖应征主体签订奖金支付及作品著作权转让协议,按约定,支付奖金及作品著作权转让(补偿)费。若无优秀作品入选,一、二等奖均可空缺。

八、公布

评审结果将在《自贡日报》、自贡市人民政府门户网站(http://www.zg.gov.cn/)等媒体适时公布。

九、征集须知

1.每个应征主体作品(品牌名称)设计稿件不超过2件,不向征集单位交纳任何费用,邮寄费用自理。

2.应征作品(品牌名称)不得违反我国法律法规的规定。

3.应征作品须为未公开发表,不得侵犯他人知识产权,作品一经投稿,在获奖公告发布前不得再次进行其他征集、参赛、发表或授权使用,违者将被取消应征主体资格,已发奖金,全额追回,相关法律纠纷由应征者负责,征集单位不承担任何相关责任。

4.应征作品如有雷同,按投稿先后顺序,取在先者参评;所有应征稿件恕不退还;征集单位对延期送达及在提交途中所发生的任何损毁、丢失不承担任何责任。

5.本次活动的优胜作品著作权归属征集单位所有。征集单位综合专家意见,有权对征集作品进行修改;有权对所有优胜作品复制、出版 (含电子出版)、展出、推广、使用等。优胜作品不得再进行参赛、应征、转让等行为,否则,征集单位有权追究其法律责任。

6.遇特殊原因,征集单位有权调整征集日程安排。

7.投送应征作品即视为同意本公告条款。获奖优胜作品的应征主体,须按征集单位要求及通知时间前,签订作品著作权转让协议,未按要求签订的,视为放弃作品著作权。
